Ok, I have to disagree on this review. Here's my reasoning: I don't think you understand how to install it. Each strap attaches to the stroller and 'stays fixed' in specific designated spots. You pulled the car seat out and the straps come off with the seat? Impossible - if the straps are properly attached to the stroller frame and to the car seat as per the instructions there is NO WAY that seat is coming off the stroller unless one un clips the straps. We're able to flip the stroller over and the car seat stays on. For the record, I understand you can just set the seat on top, we do not suggest using a car seat in the stroller without the adapter straps properly installed and attached to the stroller ( which is very easy to do). Thanks for your comments, hope I cleared things up.
