I love this stroller!!!

I just bought this stroller as my kids were fighting while riding in our old front and back style double stroller. There is plenty of room for my 3 year old to grow; his legs rest comfortably on the foot rest, but yet still have room to grow. My one year old loves not having to fight for the view. There are pockets galore so I have plenty of room for snacks, cups and other items. I love the swivel wheel!! I took this stroller to a very crowded metropolitan zoo this past weekend and had no trouble manuvering through the crowds. The underseat storage has plenty of room for our diaper bag, and I like the front lip so that nothing underneath can just slide out. My main concern with double jogging strollers was the front foot area; some brands simply have a triangle-shaped wedge for the kids to put their feet on. My son was uncomfortable riding in an InStep in the store, hence my need for a better quality stroller with a different foot area. The Manhattan has individual square foot rests, so my kids don't have to fight over who gets to put both of their feet out in front. This is a great stroller-just what I was looking for-and well worth the money.

Awesome Stroller!

I absolutely LOVE this stroller. It was easy to assemble, and it can maneuver across any terrain. I love the fact that you can lock OR swivel the front wheels. My twin girls can ride comfortably in the padded seats that recline - and the 5 pt harness keeps them safe. It also offers support for them since they are only 2 months old! Plenty of storage for keys, phone, water bottles etc. with larger items being stored beneath the stroller. You can't store very large items though, but I use this for hikes so that's OK for my lifestyle. The tires are very durable and remind me of good mountain bike tires. I highly recommend this stroller for anyone who is active. Fits through all doorways in my house so I can store it in a closet inside. This stroller is lightweight but durable.......and I can lift it to put it in the trunk of my car. It is a BIT heavy but I manage!

I expected better

I researched awhile also before purchasing this one and I am a bit disappointed. For the price you pay, there are features that should be better and are better on my less expensive strollers. This stroller looks great & maneuvers like a dream BUT as big as it is you figure it would have plenty of room for the kids & their drinks in the pockets, it doesn't. My girls are petite & it just doesn't seem comfortable for me to stuff the cups in the seat pockets when they are in it. In fact all the pockets are rather useless, you can't store a "drink" only water bottles. Secondly, the recline is awful. It is a lot of work to recline or elevate these seats. Finally, mine came with problems with the canopy where they won't independently recline without popping off the frame. I called the company, they were very nice & said they will call back with a solution the next day BUT it's been almost a week, still haven't heard back. I knew this stroller would be bulky but my justification was that I wanted my children to have more room (kinda like first class) so I'll deal with the size. Not so, they don't have more room & I struggle with the size in many situations-- it's almost embarrassing. (Very challenging to take to the bathroom). Anyway, if I could do over- I would have definitely chosen a different stroller and one that is more narrow. For the price, this stroller should get only 2 stars but I'm giving it 3 to make myself feel better for buying one. By the way, my sister asked me why I chose this stroller. I said one big reason was because of the 20yrs warranty-- her response-- who keeps a stroller for 20yrs??

So far So good

After much researching and debate, I bought this stroller for my 2 1/2 year and 6 month old. I received it with a few scrapes and bruises on the frame (poked thru box) of which joggingstroller. com quickly gave me 10% back. Even without sending them pics - they believed me. But few wks later, the front tires became stubborn...so i called dreamer design actual company and they quickly sent me a new frame with the "new cable system" to help alternate b/t straight and swirl tires. Oh, and that was FREE. :) So far, so good

VERY DISSAPOINTED

I have a 3 yr old and a 1 yr old. My 3 yr old has Autism and still needs to be kept very close by. Both kids are average size so when I read about the Dreamier Design I thought it would be perfect! I know it is a little pricey but, it is what I needed for my lifestyle. After talking it over with my husband I went ahead and ordered it. I was very excited because the following week we were going on vacation to a theme park in Florida for a week. It came in just a few days, without the rain cover. Oh well I though, stuff happens, what can you do. They said they would be shipping out the rain cover as soon as it was available. Even though I wouldn't have it for my vacation I would eventually receive it. The minute we got to the airport things started to go down hill. The front wheels kept getting locked in the straight position not allowing me to swivel. This was extremely annoying. By the next day almost all of the "caps" covering screws and "joints" on the stroller were missing. The final blow came three days into our trip when the swivel motion on the stroller broke completely not allowing us to swivel at all. I personally think for the money you are paying that it should have been more reliable. I am extremely disappointed that it broke , and so quickly. When it was working correctly it pushed very nice. I personally would have liked a bigger underneath storage area and a latch to keep it closed. I almost forgot, I bought the return shipping insurance and have come to find out that you need the original box that it came in to ship it back, but when my box came it was very badly damaged so we threw it out. Don't make the same mistake as me people.

I saw this stroller on a website and thought wow, thats a great looking stroller, then when I had my daughter I got one as a gift! This stroller is everything it says it is. I love the way the canopy goes forward to block the sun, and although the harness was a bit confusing at first, I now see why they made it this way. My daughter will fit in this as a baby and even when she's 4! Call Dreamer Designs customer service they really explained it well.
It has lots of roomy pockets and a large basket underneath, which I definitely use. It turns on a dime and is still very lightweight for a larger stroller. I love using it because people are always complimenting me. And last but not least, you can't beat the warranty.
I highly recommend this stroller!! A+++

Great Stroller for the most part

I love this stroller! My son is 17 months and we are expecting baby #2 in September. So my 7 month old neice has been enjoying the second seat in the meantime. I can push this stroller with one hand and walk our dog at the same time (and he is a big lab). The 5-point harness is a must. My son is at the tantrum age, and in our old single stroller with only a lap belt, he was able to arch his back and turn all the way around and stand up - not a chance in this one. Much safer! I love the sun shades - he is never blinded by the sun. My only complaint... it's so hard to fold and move!!! I have an old house with smaller than normal doorways. I have to fold/unfold and PACK it in and out (up 2 stairs) to get it in and out of the house. There is no lock, unless I overlooked it (?) So it always tries to flip open when getting in/out of house and car. I feel like it takes two people to move this stroller sometimes (someone said folding it was easy - what about moving it while it's folded!?) And it does take up all the room in my Subaru trunk. I also wish there was a handle bar cup holder. I researched double strollers for 3 months and for the price and quality - I recommend this stroller! The 20 year warranty is also great and hard to find on other strollers.

This stroller is a gem!

After much research, I decided on this stroller and I'm so glad I did. It's a cinch to fold and it is very manueverable. The seats are padded nicely for my boys. I love all the pockets everywhere! The sunshade is awesome. The floating system allows you to move it wherever you need to for sun protection. Wheels are very easy to take on and off should you have to do that in order to get the stroller in the trunk. I have a minivan and it takes up almost the whole cargo space, so it is pretty big. I'd highly recommend measuring your trunk space to make sure the stroller would fit first before buying it. Even with it's size, it's lighter than my double umbrella stroller. My hubby loves the handlebar height adjustment, too. Can't say enough great things about this stroller!

Our friends envy us

We got this as a Christmas gift for our twin daughters. We talked to other twin moms and dads and found that this stroller had all the pluses and very few minuses. For street/sidewalk use, the pivoting front wheels are essential. It is smaller than other double-joggers, too. It fits through our front door, which is good when our girls fall asleep on walks. Our girls have very good visibility and seem comfortable in their seats. It is a breeze to push, even while walking the dog or holding on to a fussy baby. My only complaints are - the sunshields are not low enough (we live where the sun is awfully bright) and it is tough to put things in and out of the basket below. We solved these problems by attaching receiving blankets to hang over and protect their eyes from the sun, and because there are so many pockets and compartments on the backside of the stoller, I really don't have a need for the undercarriage basket.
